The Greftmühle Nordhemmern also called Brinkmanns Mühle dates back to 1838. A so-called conical tower made of coarse Porta sandstone characterizes the image of the mill. The interior of the mill can be reached through a passageway that breaks through the earthen embankment. Thus, the mill is clearly visible from afar. According to an inscription from 1844, the mill was once also an oil mill.
