The former agricultural grain distillery of the Christian Meyer family is located in the center of the East Westphalian community of Hille. From 1721 to 1990, grain from farm crops was refined into liquid grain here. After the distillery was closed down, the Hille local history and horticultural association saved the historic building from decay. Today, the old distillery is a living cultural monument with a distillery museum, gin and grain tastings, scenic tours and events.
